Shipping & Returns

We Currently ship within the 48 United States, and Canada. Orders normally ship within 2 to 7 business days upon completing your order depending on the order, some items may take longer.  If the item you order is not in stock you will be notified.  We ship Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. There will be a re-shipping fee if we have to re-ship or order to you due to incorrect address provided.  Please contact us for shipping quotes for locations outside of the 48 United States.  Use the contact us form available from the contact us tab of our website.

Mode of Shipment

Products are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx or other appropriate carrier.  Freight is used for oversize items and out of area locations.  If a product is not available or is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.  If you require a rush order please contact us by clicking on the contact us button on our website so that we can provide the necessary additional attention to your order.


Please do not use a P.O. Box for delivery when you place an order as some of the carriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box. 

Sales Tax and Fees

You may be charged a sales tax at the time of purchase; we are not responsible for any other fees or taxes that you may be liable for by your local government nor will we reimburse such fees.  Please consult tax advisor or local authorities.

Return Policy

Damaged Products:

We do all that we can to ensure your product arrives safely, even with all the safety measures we take in packaging and shipping your order; there could be some damage during shipment that is beyond our control. If your product(s) arrives damaged, please contact us to report any damage or defects within 3 days of receipt of your order.

To return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), and return instructions. Returnable items are to be returned within 10 day of receiving your order. We will accept authorized returns provided that the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please send photos of any damage.

Personal hygiene products, bathroom items, inflatable items, are not returnable.  We will not accept any personal hygiene item.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

We pride ourselves in carrying quality products and accessories and we’re confident that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless you can return an item if you’re not satisfied.  Please contact us for an authorization number prior to returning a product.  We will not accept returns without prior authorization.

We will accept your item for an exchange or refund of your purchase price less the shipping (cost incurred to deliver the order to you) and handling charges (restocking fee may be up to 35% of the purchase price depending on the item). The customer is responsible for shipping the item back for the return. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order, unused and in the original packaging.
